At Sowears, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your Sowears account or visit our returns portal to enter your order number and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags remain intact and the original invoice is included.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
